The Team at LIFE were delighted to showcase our Deansgrange facility to Minister for Health Jennifer Carroll MacNeill TD, our local TD Barry Ward SC TD and Ireland Active CEO Karl Dunne.

Our Active Life Centres across Limerick and Dublin were created to;

• Utilise data (all of our members completing Vo2, Strength, Balance, Mobility and Body Composition Testing)
• Break down the barriers of entry to exercise (specifically resistance training), while staying aligned to basic FITT principles. Micro-dosing also being a key part of facility.
• Provide safe, high quality spaces to train. Whether you are intimidated by the classic gyms, suffer from a chronic health condition or simply time-poor, we are the facility for you. We are working with clients ranging from 16 to 88years old .

We are looking forward to future growth and increased levels of physical activity and exercise across all of our communities.
